Depending on the size, revenue, and nature of the business operating Eternum, some Australian Privacy Act obligations may or may not formally apply. Regardless, this policy is intended to clearly explain how Eternum handles user data.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with third parties where necessary to operate Eternum, including:

7. Discord Data
Because Eternum operates as a Discord bot, some data is received from Discord’s API and Developer Platform.
This may include Discord identifiers, server information, command interactions, member information, and other information required for bot functionality.
Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Removing Eternum from a server may stop future data collection from that server, but it may not automatically delete historical gameplay, logs, or server configuration data already stored by Eternum.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Security measures may include:
- restricted database access;
- authentication controls;

- security updates;
- abuse detection.
However, no online service can guarantee perfect security.
You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.

These systems may result in temporary restrictions, flags, cooldowns, resets, or bans.
Users may contact support to request review of enforcement action.
