Eternum Terms of Service

Last updated: 10/05/2026

Welcome to Eternum. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Eternum, including the Eternum Discord bot, website, related services, commands, features, subscriptions, digital content, and community systems.

By using Eternum, inviting Eternum to a Discord server, interacting with Eternum commands, accessing the Eternum website, or purchasing any Eternum-related service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Eternum.

1. About Eternum

Eternum is a Discord-based idle RPG bot that may include features such as exploration, combat, gathering, crafting, loot, bosses, quests, progression systems, leaderboards, server-based gameplay, premium features, and other related game systems.

Eternum is independently operated and is not owned, endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Discord Inc.

Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord’s own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Policies, and any other applicable Discord rules.

2. Eligibility

To use Eternum, you must:

  • have a valid Discord account;
  • comply with Discord’s Terms of Service;
  • comply with these Terms;
  • have permission to use Eternum in any Discord server where you interact with it; and
  • meet any applicable age requirements under Discord’s rules and the laws of your location.

If you are using Eternum on behalf of a Discord server, community, organisation, or group, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. User Accounts and Discord Data

Eternum uses your Discord account information to provide bot functionality. This may include your Discord user ID, username, server ID, channel ID, command usage, gameplay data, inventory data, progression data, leaderboard information, and other information required for the bot to function.

You are responsible for your own Discord account and any activity that occurs through it.

Eternum is not responsible for unauthorised use of your Discord account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eternum to:

  • break any law or regulation;
  • violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • exploit, abuse, or manipulate Eternum’s systems;
  • use bots, scripts, macros, automation, or other unfair tools unless expressly allowed;
  • duplicate, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or disrupt Eternum;
  • abuse bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics;
  • harass, threaten, bully, or target other users;
  • submit harmful, illegal, abusive, hateful, or offensive content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to Eternum’s systems, database, accounts, or infrastructure;
  • sell, trade, transfer, or commercially exploit Eternum accounts, items, currency, progression, or digital rewards without permission.

We may restrict, suspend, reset, or permanently ban users or servers that breach these Terms.

5. Gameplay, Progression, and Virtual Items

Eternum may include virtual items, currencies, rewards, levels, achievements, cosmetics, boosts, loot, and other game-related content.

These items are digital only and have no real-world cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

You do not own Eternum’s virtual items, currencies, accounts, characters, or game data. You receive a limited, revocable permission to access and use them within Eternum.

We may modify, rebalance, remove, reset, or adjust gameplay systems, items, currencies, drop rates, rewards, progression, or features at any time.

This includes changes made for balance, bug fixing, anti-abuse, economy health, technical reasons, or overall improvement of the game.

6. Premium Features and Payments

Eternum may offer paid features, supporter tiers, premium commands, server upgrades, subscriptions, cosmetics, boosts, or other digital benefits.

Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as Paddle, Discord, or other payment processors.

By purchasing paid features, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and payment conditions shown at the time of purchase.

Unless required by law, payments for digital items, subscriptions, or premium features are non-refundable once access has been provided.

We may change pricing, features, benefits, or availability of paid services at any time. If a recurring subscription is affected, changes will apply according to the payment provider’s rules and any applicable law.

7. Refunds

Refund requests may be considered at our discretion, unless a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • change of mind;
  • failure to use the service;
  • user bans caused by breach of these Terms;
  • server removal of the bot;
  • dissatisfaction caused by normal balance changes, updates, or gameplay adjustments;
  • accidental purchases where digital access has already been provided.

To request a refund, contact us at development@eternum.bot with your Discord user ID, purchase details, and reason for the request.

8. Availability and Changes

Eternum may be updated, changed, interrupted, disabled, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee that Eternum will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every Discord server or configuration.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed without notice.

We may perform maintenance, reset data, roll back progress, disable commands, or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

9. Server Admin Responsibility

If you invite Eternum to a Discord server, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have permission to add the bot;
  • your server members are aware that Eternum may process Discord-related data;
  • Eternum is used in accordance with Discord’s rules and these Terms;
  • your server configuration does not encourage abuse, spam, harassment, or exploitation.

Server owners and administrators may be responsible for activity that occurs through Eternum in their server.

10. User Content

Eternum may allow users to submit names, messages, profiles, character names, trade listings, marketplace entries, server settings, or other user-generated content.

You are responsible for any content you submit.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We may remove or restrict user content at any time.

By submitting content to Eternum, you grant us permission to use, store, display, process, and transmit that content as required to operate the service.

11. Bans, Restrictions, and Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently ban a user or server if we believe there has been:

  • a breach of these Terms;
  • abuse of Eternum systems;
  • exploitation of bugs or unintended mechanics;
  • suspicious automated activity;
  • payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
  • harassment or harmful behaviour;
  • risk to Eternum, its users, infrastructure, or community.

We are not required to provide advance notice before enforcement action.

Appeals may be submitted to [contact email / Discord support server link], but we are not required to reverse enforcement action.

12. Intellectual Property

Eternum, including its name, branding, systems, code, designs, art, text, game mechanics, databases, website, documentation, and related content, is owned by Discord user: primesues or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Eternum without written permission.

Discord and related Discord marks are owned by Discord Inc.

13. Third-Party Services

Eternum may rely on third-party services, including Discord, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, databases, security services, and other infrastructure.

We are not responsible for outages, data loss, policy changes, errors, or actions caused by third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Disclaimers

Eternum is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that Eternum will:

  • be uninterrupted;
  • be error-free;
  • be secure;
  • meet your expectations;
  • preserve all gameplay data permanently;
  • remain available indefinitely;
  • be free from bugs, exploits, downtime, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, primesues is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of Eternum.

This includes loss of data, loss of profits, loss of digital items, loss of progress, server disruption, account restrictions, payment issues, or inability to access the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Eternum services in the previous 3 months, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

16. Termination

You may stop using Eternum at any time by no longer interacting with the bot or removing it from your Discord server.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Eternum at any time if required for security, legal, operational, abuse prevention, or community protection reasons.

Sections relating to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and enforcement survive termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes, we may provide notice through the Eternum website, Discord support server, bot announcement, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of Eternum after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or tribunals of Western Australia, unless another law requires otherwise.
